Our Pies are made in house from scratch, we make our own stock and pastry by hand in
our kitchens in Rosemont, we use real turkey including both light and dark meat, and
local ingredients wherever possible.

Ingredients: Pastry: Pastry flour, vegetable shortening, eggs, water, sugar, vinegar & salt.
Filling: Turkey, carrots, onions, celery, chicken stock, cream, flour, rosemary, thyme, sage,
seasoning, olive oil, canola oil, white wine.
Heating Instruction: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove packaging and place pie on a foil
lined tray (incase it boils over). Bake for 20 mins. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F
and bake for 45 - 60 mins, while keeping an eye on your crust, if it begins to get too
dark add a foil cover, Check temperature. Continue cooking in 15 min intervals until food
is an internal temperature of 140°F.
