Rosemont Honey is about as local as it gets!

This honey is from our small Apiary located 3 km from Rosemont General Store. The hives are surrounded by organic alfalfa, wildflowers, and a mixture of local, seasonal plants. 

We leave the honey raw and unpasteurized to keep as natural as possible.  This year the harvest was done on September 17^th, 2022, and is a single harvest to preserve a mixture of flavours and colours – which is why you will sometimes see variation from jar to jar!

We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do – the applications are endless, but a spoonful with some lemon in hot water is always a treat!
