When Thornbury Bakery got into the bakery/cafe business in early 2008, they were passionate about serving their customers sandwiches and meals that they were excited to eat and that didn't contain anything other than real food ingredients.
Within their first year, they had customers asking them for gluten-free options. After months of research and sourcing the highest quality and nutritious ingredients and spending way too many hours in their test kitchen, the result was our original Chia & Flax bread. Gluten-free, 100% plant-based, Non-GMO, preservative-free, and all-natural. And the best part, it tastes like real, good food.
