Sausage-making is woven into the fabric of The Butcher Shoppe.

They still hold their in-house sausage production in high regard. Their diverse selection includes spicy and sweet Italian, classic British bangers, and hearty German bratwurst, and so much more, all crafted with locally sourced, freshly ground Pork, Chicken, Bison etc. 

Using traditional techniques, each sausage is hand-twisted with care to honour the generations of sausage-making that have come before. And, of course, all of their sausages are crafted in Toronto.
